2013 Project 52, Week 6 - Nemo, Found

It's been a wacky year and a half living in New York for the Tsay Family, Earth-wise. We've had hurricanes, an earthquake, a freak snowstorm, and now Winter Storm Nemo.

The storms have varied widely in their impact to our day-to-day life in the city (2011 Irene: meh; 2012 Sandy: well...). Nemo approached with the typical hyperventilating fanfare but left the area with the Fightin' Tsays (and the rest of the City, as far as I've heard) no worse for the wear. Until Nemo came and went, actually, we really hadn't even seen much snow at all here in New York. I'm still holding out for a white Christmas one of these years.

On my trek home down Amsterdam Avenue last Saturday after hanging out with friends, I peered down each cross-street to glimpse the beautiful snow-covered sight-lines and snapped some photos at each intersection. I like this one the best. Until the next snow visits New York, this'll do just fine.
